Booking Appointments
Spa packages may require up to 60 days advance booking. Combined services and spa packages over 2 hours must be reserved with a credit card or gift certificate number.
Spa Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a 24 hour notice. Gift certificates will be reactivated with appropriate notice of cancellation.
Groups & On-site Services
Please contact us to reserve or book wedding parties, business or family events. We also offer on-site chair massage for your office, employees, or special occasions.

No Tipping Policy
Elements Salon and Wellness Spa is proudly a NON-TIPPING salon. Simply stated, this means our stylists have chosen not to receive gratuities as a way to remove the tipping elements of your experience. This ensures that you will receive unconditional world-class customer service every time you visit us! Your personal recommendation is our finest reward.

Spa Guests
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to change and enjoy our relaxation room, sipping herbal tea while you enjoy a soothing foot soak. Your service may have to be shortened or rescheduled as a courtesy to our next guest if you arrive late.
Children, Cell Phones & Pagers
Kindly help us create a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation and rejuvenation for all of our guests by leaving distractions at home. You deserve a break, too.
