Sarty attends national training
Wenatchee, WA.- Valda Sarty, CEO of Sarty Mountain, Inc. attended a two-day training hosted by Harvard-trained Dr. Edward Hallowell. The May 3-4 Tempe, Arizona seminar was titled "CrazyBusy: Overbooked, Overstretched and About to Snap".
Hallowell is the world’s foremost expert on ADD and ADHD and has been featured on television programs such as: 60 Minutes, Dateline, CNN, Larry King Live, the Oprah Winfrey Show, the Today Show and Good Morning America. Hallowell has also been printed in publications such as: The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and Businessweek.
The seminar focused on culturally-induced ADD, and provided research-based information on how salon and spa innovators can best maintain a reasonable pace of life, while continuing to reap success. Sarty has also been chosen to participate in a small group of business, industry and entrepreneurial leaders that will gauge the effectiveness of different methodologies.
“This seminar provided important training that outlined a tangible action plan for continuing on our path of success, without sacrificing quality or exceptional customer service,” explained Sarty.
Valda Sarty is the owner and founder of Sarty Mountain Inc., which encompasses a variety of salon and spa locations including Elements Salon and Wellness Spa, Refuel Spa and Elements University.
